1. Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using any software, service, or digital product provided by Nevada Agent ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you ("User," "Licensee," "you") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and Nevada Agent. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IN FULL, YOU MUST NOT USE OR ACCESS OUR SOFTWARE OR SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ANY USE.
Your continued use of our software constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement and any future amendments. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time; continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Grant of License
Subject to your full compliance with this Agreement and the payment of all applicable fees, Nevada Agent grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the licensed software solely on a single authorized device that you own or control, strictly for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include the right to copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, sublicense, resell, lease, rent, lend, transfer, or otherwise make available the software to any third party without express prior written consent from Nevada Agent.
3. Restrictions
You expressly agree not to, and will not permit or facilitate any third party to:
- Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or archive the software or any portion thereof
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
- Modify, alter, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, copyright notices, or labels on or within the software
- Use the software for any commercial purpose, resale, distribution, or to provide services to third parties without explicit written authorization
- Share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or assign your license or access credentials (including account details, license keys, activation codes) to any other person or entity
- Use the software in any manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Use the software to transmit malicious code, engage in unauthorized data collection, or interfere with any system, network, or service
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security, authentication, or license verification mechanisms within the software
- Use the software in any way that could damage the reputation, goodwill, or intellectual property of Nevada Agent
4. Intellectual Property
The software, including all code, algorithms, interfaces, data, designs, documentation, and all other components, is the exclusive proprietary property of Nevada Agent and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. Nothing in this Agreement conveys any ownership interest in the software to you. You acknowledge that you are obtaining only a limited license right and that no title or ownership of the software or any related intellectual property is transferred to you under this Agreement.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon your first access or use of the software and shall remain in force for the duration of your purchased license period (monthly, quarterly, or lifetime). Nevada Agent may terminate this Agreement and your license immediately and without notice, at its sole discretion, if you breach any provision of this Agreement, engage in fraud, chargebacks, reverse engineering attempts, or any conduct deemed harmful to Nevada Agent or its users.
Upon termination for any reason: (a) all license rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease; (b) you must immediately destroy all copies of the software in your possession; (c) no refunds will be issued for any remaining license period; (d) sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive indefinitely, including but not limited to Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR COMPATIBILITY. NEVADA DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, FREE FROM DEFECTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE AND ENTIRE RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEVADA DEVELOPMENT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF NEVADA DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEVADA DEVELOPMENT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nevada Agent and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the software; (b) your breach of any provision of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights; or (e) any content submitted or transmitted through your account.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law as follows: (a) for customers in the United States, the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles; (b) for customers in the European Union, the laws of the EU member state in which the customer is resident, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions; (c) for customers in the United Kingdom, the laws of England and Wales; (d) for all other customers, internationally recognized principles of commercial law and equity shall apply. Any dispute not resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nevada Agent with respect to the software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any products, services, websites, or digital properties operated by Nevada Agent ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you ("User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, purchasers, and any other individuals who access or use our services in any capacity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Nevada Agent services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that you are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law. Accounts created on behalf of minors are strictly prohibited.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials; (d) immediately notify Nevada Agent of any unauthorized use of your account; (e) accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not.
You must not share, sell, rent, transfer, or disclose your account credentials to any third party. Each account is personal to the individual who registered it. Detected credential sharing will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity
- Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or harmful content
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, trojans, or any software designed to damage or interfere with systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts
- Harvest, collect, or process personal data of other users without authorization
- Impersonate Nevada Agent, its employees, or any other person or entity
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without explicit written authorization
5. Payment and Pricing
All fees for our services are displayed in USD and may be shown in other currencies for convenience. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize Nevada Agent (or its designated payment processors) to charge your selected payment method. All purchases are final and subject to our Refund Policy. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
6. Service Availability and Modifications
Nevada Agent reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to: (a) modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services; (b) perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service availability; (c) impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
7. Termination
Nevada Agent may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to services for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abuse of our systems or support staff, or conduct determined to be harmful to Nevada Agent or its community. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases immediately and no refunds will be issued for any remaining license period.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEVADA DEVELOPMENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEVADA DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEVADA DEVELOPMENT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced as follows based on your location: US customers — Nevada State law; EU customers — laws of your EU member state with mandatory consumer protections preserved; UK customers — laws of England and Wales; all other users — internationally recognized commercial law principles. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Overview and General Policy
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Nevada Agent's platforms and applies to all customers worldwide. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital software delivery, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AS A DEFAULT POLICY. Upon confirmation of payment, access credentials and license keys are generated and delivered automatically. Once delivered, digital products cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, and this policy reflects that reality.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that: (a) you understand the nature of the digital product being purchased; (b) you have verified compatibility and suitability prior to purchase; (c) you accept the terms of this Refund Policy in full.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following circumstances are explicitly and unconditionally non-refundable under this policy:
- Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase
- Wrong plan selection: Purchasing an incorrect tier or duration due to user error
- Incompatibility: The software not being compatible with your hardware, operating system, or game version (please verify compatibility via Discord support before purchasing)
- Used credentials: Any access credential or license key that has been activated, used, or accessed
- Account termination for cause: Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, EULA, or other policies
- Partial period use: Requesting a refund for unused time remaining on a subscription after use has begun
- Service interruptions: Temporary disruptions to service availability due to maintenance, updates, or external factors
- Third-party bans: Being banned or penalized by a third-party game or platform as a result of using our software
- Dissatisfaction with features: The product not meeting subjective expectations that were not explicitly warranted by Nevada Agent
3. Eligible Refund Circumstances
Nevada Agent will consider refund requests ONLY under the following narrow and specific circumstances, subject to verification:
- Verified duplicate charge: Documented proof that your payment method was charged more than once for the exact same order within the same transaction window
- Non-delivery: Your access credentials were genuinely never delivered to your registered email and our support team is unable to resolve delivery within seventy-two (72) hours of your initial support request
- Complete non-functionality: The software is entirely non-functional from the moment of delivery (not due to user error or incompatibility) and our technical support team, after reasonable investigation, is unable to resolve the issue
All refund requests are subject to investigation and verification. Nevada Agent reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund request meets the above criteria. Approval of a refund request in one instance does not create an obligation or precedent for future refund approvals.
4. EU and UK Customer Rights
If you are a customer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including potential rights to withdraw from certain contracts. However, please note that under EU and UK law, the right of withdrawal typically does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and which you have already begun to access or download. By proceeding with a purchase and accepting that delivery begins immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose any applicable right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.

5. Chargeback and Dispute Policy
Filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your payment provider, bank, or financial institution without first contacting Nevada Agent and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated licenses
- Permanent ban from all Nevada Agent products and services
- Potential reporting to anti-fraud databases
- Nevada Agent reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and associated fees through legal means
We strongly encourage all customers to contact us through Discord first before initiating any payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, you must open a support ticket on our official Discord server at discord.gg/ywN9F3yJ. Your request must include: (a) the email address associated with your purchase; (b) your order ID or transaction reference number; (c) a clear, detailed description of the issue; (d) any relevant screenshots, error messages, or supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a final determination within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method where technically possible.
7. Discretionary Refunds
Nevada Agent may, entirely at its own discretion and without any obligation or precedent, choose to issue refunds or partial credits in exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy. Any such discretionary accommodation does not constitute an admission of obligation and shall not be relied upon as establishing any precedent for future claims.
8. Currency and Processing
Refunds, where approved, will be issued in USD (or the currency originally charged) less any applicable processing fees charged by payment processors. Nevada Agent is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
9. Amendments
Nevada Agent reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. For purchases made prior to an amendment, the policy in effect at the time of purchase governs your refund eligibility.
